Welcome to Lakegala Farms. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.

  • "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions.

  • "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products.

3. Booking and Reservation

By making a booking with Lakegala Farms, you agree to the following:

  • You are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
  • The information you provide during the booking process is accurate and complete.
  • You accept financial responsibility for all charges incurred under your reservation.
  • You understand our cancellation and refund policies as outlined in section 4.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to check-in date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days prior to check-in date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to check-in date: No refund.
  • No-shows: No refund.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.

5. Rules of Stay

During your stay at Lakegala Farms, you agree to:

  • Respect the property, facilities, and natural environment.
  • Comply with check-in and check-out times (check-in: 2:00 PM, check-out: 11:00 AM).
  • Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in your booking.
  • Not engage in any illegal activities on the premises.
  • Not cause excessive noise or disturbance to other guests or neighbors.
  • Assume responsibility for any damage caused by you or your guests.

The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you do allow cookies to be used, personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

  • Your use or inability to use the service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the service

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through:

  1. Informal negotiation - parties shall attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute by negotiation.
  2. Mediation - if negotiation fails, the parties will seek mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
  3. Arbitration - if mediation fails, the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sri Lanka for the resolution of any disputes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
